Terms and Conditions

These terms of use govern the relationship between the Company and any person or entity browsing or using the website or its information (hereinafter: "The User"). The Company may change the terms and conditions from time to time; the binding version is that published on the website at the time of the action, and no change will apply retroactively to orders already placed. The masculine form is used for convenience and refers to all genders. Product prices include VAT as required by law, and the displayed price is the total price; shipping fees will be displayed separately and clearly before completing the order. Product images are for illustration purposes only. The Company does not undertake to stock all models and may offer and discontinue promotions at any time.

2. Order, Acceptance, and Delivery. Placing an order on the website constitutes an offer by the customer to purchase the products. An automatic notification of order receipt does not constitute acceptance, and the transaction is completed upon approval by the Company and charging of the payment method. If a significant and obvious clerical error occurs in the product description or price, the Company may cancel the order, provided that the customer is notified promptly and the full amount paid is refunded. 3. Legal Capacity. Performing an action on the website constitutes confirmation by the user ("the customer") that they have read the terms and conditions and agree to their provisions. 4. Law. The use of the website and any transaction performed on it shall be governed solely by Israeli law. Nothing in these terms shall derogate from the consumer's right to appeal to any competent authority according to law.

5. Intellectual Property. The website, its content, trademarks, designs, and copyrights are the exclusive property of the Company or of a third party who has granted permission. No part of the website may be duplicated, copied, distributed, marketed, or used to create derivative works without prior written approval.

6. Prohibited Use. The user undertakes not to make illegal use of the website, including providing false information, violating privacy, uploading infringing or offensive content, disrupting the website's operation, automatic data collection, or bypassing security measures. The Company may block a user who violates these terms, without derogating from any other remedy.

7. User Account. If an account is opened on the website, the customer must maintain the confidentiality of access details and update the Company of any suspicion of misuse. The Company may suspend or close an account in case of a violation of the terms and conditions.

8. Promotions and Coupons. Promotions, discounts, and coupons will apply according to their published terms and for the defined period, without stacking promotions unless otherwise specified, and are not convertible to cash. Participation in a promotion does not derogate from cancellation rights according to law.

9. Reviews on the Website. The website may display customer reviews. The Company will not publish fabricated reviews and will not filter reviews in a manner that misleads consumers, but may refrain from publishing offensive or unlawful content. By publishing a review, the user grants the Company a license to use it on the website and in its marketing channels.

10. Links to Third Parties. The website may include links to external websites. The Company is not responsible for their content, availability, or privacy policy.

11. The warranty does not cover damage not resulting from a manufacturing defect (accident, fall, scratches, unreasonable use). Nothing stated herein shall derogate from the consumer's rights under the Consumer Protection Law and any other law; in case of any contradiction — the law prevails.

12. Website Availability and Limitation of Liability. The website and its content are offered "as is". The Company strives to ensure that the information on the website is accurate and up-to-date, but inaccuracies or unintentional disruptions may occur, and the Company does not guarantee continuous and uninterrupted availability of the website. Subject to the provisions of any law that cannot be excluded, the Company shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the website or reliance on its content. Nothing stated herein shall derogate from the Company's liability according to law for products sold and from the consumer's mandatory rights.

13. References. The cancellation, exchange, and refund policy, shipping policy, and the "Cancel Transaction" page are linked at the bottom of the website and constitute an integral part of these terms and conditions. The privacy policy is detailed on the dedicated page.

14. Miscellaneous. If a competent authority determines that a clause in the terms and conditions is void or unenforceable — the remaining clauses shall remain in effect. The Company's failure to enforce a right does not constitute a waiver thereof. The Company may assign its rights under these terms and conditions as part of a business transfer, provided that the customer's rights are not prejudiced.
