Transaction cancellation

In accordance with the Consumer Protection Law, a customer may cancel a transaction made on the website within 14 days of receiving the product or receiving the transaction details document — whichever is later. The form is open to all users and does not require account login. Cancellation notices can also be submitted by email {address}, phone/WhatsApp {number}, or registered mail. The refund will be processed in accordance with the cancellation policy and legal provisions.
